The first step to ensure you have the garden you always wanted is to use a garden designer to their full potential. A trained designer will deliver a garden that is planned to detail using skills and knowledge that untrained competitors simply do not have, this will be apparent in the difference between finished products.
After initial consultations we will visit your home and finalise your requirements. Subject to your agreement, a detailed survey and site analysis will be done as an accurate scaled plan of your garden is key to your design.
Once we have a survey we can start working on your design. We will provide a concept plan to show you what we think your garden should look like. We will then address any extra ideas you have or changes you wish to make before we proceed with final layout and planting plans.
Your layout and planting plans are the blueprints for your design that will then go on to form part of the building specifications for the contractor. They specify everything from type and size of stone used and building dimensions to what plants and how many to put where. If you decide to proceed after this point, comprehensive building specification drawings and documents will be done and we will tender the project to several landscape contractors to hire the most appropriate contractor for your project and set a time frame for your work to commence. Once underway, one of our representatives will attend site on a regular basis to ensure that every detail is correct and the works are kept on schedule.
